# Connect Glama to DataDoe

Connect Glama to DataDoe to ask about your Amazon sales, advertising, and inventory. After you sign in, the connection is available in Glama Chat, Automations, and Gateway. You do not need a DataDoe API key.

To try DataDoe tools in the browser without saving a connector, use [Glama MCP Inspector](/hub/docs/datadoe-mcp/glama).

## Before you start

- You have a DataDoe account with your Amazon accounts connected.
- You can sign in to [Glama](https://glama.ai).

## Step 1: Add a custom connector

1. Sign in to Glama.
2. Open custom connectors in your workspace settings.
3. Select Add custom connector.
4. Enter DataDoe as the name.
5. Paste this server address.

```
https://mcp.datadoe.com/mcp/v1
```

6. Leave the API key, bearer token, and custom header fields empty.
7. Save the connector.

Empty credential fields tell Glama to sign in to DataDoe instead of sending a saved key.

## Step 2: Sign in to DataDoe

1. Open a chat and select DataDoe, or follow the sign-in prompt if Glama shows one when you save the connector.
2. Sign in with your DataDoe account for the Organization you want to use.
3. Finish authorization and return to Glama.

## Step 3: Ask your first question

In a Glama chat, type @ and select DataDoe. Then send:

```
Use DataDoe to list my connected Amazon accounts.
```

Then ask:

```
Use DataDoe to summarize my Amazon sales and advertising spend for the last 7 days.
```

Name the Amazon account or marketplace if you manage more than one.

Review each tool before you let Glama run it. Tools that perform Actions can change your Amazon data.

## If you need help

If sign-in does not open, allow pop-ups and redirects for Glama and DataDoe, then open the DataDoe connector and connect again.

If the connector saves but cannot sign in, check that the credential fields are empty and that the server address matches the address above.

If Glama connects but returns no data, check your DataDoe Organization and Amazon connections, then ask Glama to use DataDoe explicitly.
