The story, the chaos, the data — and why we’re building a new way to run marketplace businesses.
We use AI every day at Deltologic, where we build custom tools and automations for marketplace sellers on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Mercado Libre, Shopify, and more. And we’ve seen firsthand how powerful AI can be when it’s used right — it saves time, cuts stress, and gives people space to actually think again, both for our team and for our clients.
At first, we built AI to help ourselves — automating tasks across our software agency. And we quickly ran into the limits.
Every client is different. Every project is unique.
The tech vary, the data lives in different places, and the workflows are never the same.
In the end, it worked — but it took serious effort.
Then we looked at ecommerce. And suddenly, things clicked.
Because even though marketplace selling is chaotic, the data isn’t. It’s structured. Repeatable. Full of signals.
Ads, orders, sessions, fees — everything leaves a trace. And it all ties back to actions you can take right now.
That’s when we realized:
AI isn’t just useful here. It’s the perfect fit.
And that’s when the idea for DataDoe was born.
What if, instead of juggling dashboards and digging through reports, you could just… ask?
What if sellers didn’t have to waste time clicking through tabs and switching accounts just to understand what’s happening in their business?
What if your data actually talked back — clearly, instantly, and in your own words?
That’s the future we’re aiming for. To get there, we’re building around four key beliefs:
You should be able to ask your business a question and get an answer, like it’s a real conversation.
You should get the answers you need in seconds, not after meetings or endless clicking.
Your AI should guide your next move, not just point out what went wrong.
Your data is already there — it should be always connected, active and ready to help you move.
We’re still early.
We’re testing, tweaking, and learning as we build — in public, with real feedback from real sellers.
But the vision is clear:
We’re building an AI-powered assistant that connects to your ecommerce data, understands what’s going on, and helps you make better decisions — through conversation.
No extra tools to learn.
Not another report to decode.
Just one place where you can ask:
“How are sales this week?”
“Which ASIN is eating my ad budget?”
“What’s the biggest threat to my profit margin right now?”
And get smart, contextual answers — instantly.
That’s the core of DataDoe:
Making your business feel less like chaos and more like a conversation.
We’re starting with Amazon — but the vision goes far beyond that.
The goal is to bring together multiple marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, so everything is truly interconnected.
And instead of that coming with more reports, more dashboards, or more complexity — it does the opposite.
It all feeds one smart system that gets stronger with every signal.
A system that learns your patterns, understands your context, and surfaces what truly matters — automatically.
That’s the idea: a single, intelligent system that sees the whole picture and helps you move.
And when we showed the DataDoe demo at Prosper Show 2025, one seller put it better than we ever could:
“On the drive here, I was telling my wife how I wish there was a tool I could actually think with — like I do with ChatGPT for other things, but connected to my Amazon business. And now you’re showing it to me.”
That’s the kind of tool we’re building. And we’re just getting started.
DataDoe is still in closed alpha.
We’re building it step by step, testing it with early users, and shaping it with real feedback.
We’ve got the engineers — now we need your ideas, your use cases, your pain points.
We want to build this with you.
Here’s how you can be part of it:
