Can multiple users access DataDoe?

Yes. Invite, add, and manage users from the Team page (opens in a new tab) in your DataDoe organisation.

Each additional user requires a separate seat. Pricing details are on the Subscription & Pricing page.

How do I invite a new user?

  1. Open the Team page (opens in a new tab).
  2. Select Add New User and enter the new user's email address.
  3. The user receives an email with a link to join your organisation.

How do I remove a user?

  1. Open the Team page (opens in a new tab).
  2. Find the user in the list and select Remove.
  3. The user immediately loses access to the organisation.

Does DataDoe support multi-factor authentication?

Yes. DataDoe supports multi-factor authentication (MFA), sometimes called two-factor authentication (2FA), with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, 1Password or Microsoft Authenticator. Enable MFA from the Account settings page (opens in a new tab).

Account access levels for Actions

Each seller or vendor account on the Accounts page (opens in a new tab) has an access level:

  • Read only: the account feeds your data layer, but Actions cannot run against it.
  • Read and write: Actions can run against the account when the Action type is enabled in Settings > Actions.

Organisation owners can change access levels inline on the Accounts page for accounts they connected directly. Accounts added through an invitation link keep the access level set when the link was created. To change it, delete the account and add it again (or create a new invitation link with the desired access level).
