Connect GrokBot to DataDoe
Connect GrokBot to DataDoe to ask your Bot about Amazon sales, advertising, and inventory. You sign in to DataDoe in your browser during setup.
Before you start
- A DataDoe account with your Amazon accounts connected.
- A GrokBot account you can sign in to.
Step 1: Add DataDoe
Ask your Bot:
Add a custom MCP server named DataDoe at https://mcp.datadoe.com/mcp/v1.Follow the connection card to add the server. You can manage connections under Plugins in the sidebar.
Step 2: Sign in to DataDoe
- Select Authorize or Authenticate when prompted.
- Sign in with your DataDoe account for the Organization you want to use.
- Return to GrokBot and check DataDoe under Installed plugins.
You do not need an API key or a local proxy for this connection.
Step 3: Ask your first question
Send:
Use DataDoe to list my connected Amazon accounts. Then ask:
Use DataDoe to summarize my Amazon sales and advertising spend for the last 7 days.Name the Amazon account or marketplace if you manage more than one.
If you need help
If GrokBot shows Waiting for authorization, select Reopen and finish signing in. If the plugin shows Needs auth or Disconnected, open it and choose Authorize again.
If it shows Disabled by team admin, ask your Cursor team admin to allow the connector. GrokBot uses your Cursor team's connector policy.
If no data is returned, check your DataDoe Organization and Amazon connections, then ask the Bot to use DataDoe explicitly.
