Subscription and pricing
DataDoe is one plan - the Base plan - at $97 per month, with a 14-day free trial. No tiers to compare: it covers what most sellers need, with optional add-ons if you want more.
The Base plan includes:
- 2,000 AI Tokens per month (for a limited time: 4,000 AI Tokens per month for the first 3 months)
- 10,000,000 data rows of storage
- 1 user seat
- Unlimited Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Ads connections
New Organizations get 4,000 AI Tokens per month for the first 3 months. Any active promo shows on your Organization settings page (opens in a new tab).
You only pay more if you grow past what's included, or add an optional extra.
No surprise charges
A few things keep your bill predictable:
- You are never charged for going over unless you opt in. Passing your included AI Tokens does nothing until you set a spending limit or buy a bundle. The default limit is $0.
- You control what you store. Turn data tables on or off, and set how long each is kept. Storing less keeps your usage, and your bill, down. See Managing data tables.
- You see everything before you pay. Nothing is charged during the trial, and your live usage is always on your organization settings page (opens in a new tab).
- Cancel anytime. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.
What you'll actually pay
Most sellers pay exactly $97 a month - it covers everything they need. You only pay more if you grow past what's included:

Extra AI Tokens are never charged automatically, only if you opt in (see below). Everything else is included, with no hidden fees.
AI Tokens
AI Tokens are the single currency across DataDoe - exports, Actions, BigQuery queries, and Webhooks all draw from the same monthly balance, so there is just one number to watch. Your plan includes 2,000 AI Tokens per month, reset monthly (no rollover). Most sellers use well under 1,000.
If you do need more, you have two options, and neither charges you by surprise:
- Prepaid bundles - buy AI Tokens up front. They sit in your account like a wallet, valid for 1 year, and larger bundles cost less per token: $50 (4% off), $250 (7% off), or $1,000 (10% off).
- Auto-reload - opt-in. Set a monthly spending limit and DataDoe tops up extra AI Tokens at $0.04 each, up to your limit. The default is $0, so nothing happens unless you turn it on.
DataDoe always spends your AI Tokens in the cheapest order for you:
- Your included monthly AI Tokens first.
- Then your prepaid bundles, soonest to expire first.
- Only then extra AI Tokens at $0.04 each, up to your spending limit.
Controlling your data and your bill
Data rows are the total rows stored across your connected accounts, and they are the main thing that can grow your bill over time. Your plan includes 10,000,000 rows, and you have full control over how much you store:
- Turn tables on or off. Only collect the data you actually use; disabled tables stop counting toward your bill.
- Set a retention period per table. Keep data forever (the default), or trim older rows automatically at 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. Shorter retention keeps your row count, and cost, flat even as new data keeps arriving.
- Uploaded Files also count. Each uploaded DataDoe file uses 100 data rows while it remains uploaded. Delete or expire files you no longer need. See Files.
Both table controls are managed in Settings > Data - see Managing data tables. If you do need more room, add a Data Rows Extension: each adds 10,000,000 rows for $49 per month, and you can stack more than one.

What uses AI Tokens?
Almost everything in DataDoe is free to use. A few operations spend AI Tokens:

For example: relisting 250 products fits in one Action, so it costs 3 + (1 x 2) = 5 AI Tokens. Ads Actions are capped at 250 items each, so updating 1,000 keyword bids splits into 4 Actions of 5 AI Tokens each (3 for the first 100 changes, plus 1 per additional 100) = 20 AI Tokens total. Either way it comes out of your monthly 2,000 first. See Actions for how Actions work and their per-Action limits.
Frequently asked
Is there a free trial?
Yes, a free 14-day trial with full access. Your first invoice comes at the end of the trial and covers your subscription, seats, and data level. AI Tokens are billed afterwards, and only for what you use beyond the included 2,000.
How much storage does each Seller or Vendor use?
It depends on account size - listings, orders, ad campaigns, and history depth. A typical Seller or Vendor uses 500,000 to 10,000,000 data rows per month; large accounts with thousands of SKUs or multi-marketplace coverage sit at the higher end. You can always trim this with the retention and table controls above.

Do you offer special pricing for enterprise customers?
Yes. For 80M+ rows, custom contracts, or volume pricing, use our contact form (opens in a new tab). We also work out deals for agencies and larger organizations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your organization settings page (opens in a new tab) and select Manage Subscription. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
