DataDoe subscription pricing

DataDoe runs on a subscription of $97 per month.

The subscription includes:

  • Unlimited Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Ads accounts
  • 4,000 AI tokens per month
  • 30,000,000 data rows of storage
  • 1 user seat

AI tokens power DataDoe features. Each token used after the included 4,000 costs $0.04. You can set a spending limit for extra AI tokens. The default is $0.00, so you are not charged for overage unless you opt in.

Data rows are the total rows stored across all your connected accounts. If you exceed 30,000,000 rows, you can add a Data Rows Extension. Each extension adds 10,000,000 rows for $49 per month, and you can add more than one extension.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New users get a free 7-day trial with full access.

How much storage does each Seller or Vendor use?

Storage usage depends on the size of the account, including the number of listings, orders, ad campaigns and history depth. A typical Seller or Vendor uses between 500,000 and 10,000,000 data rows per month. Large accounts with thousands of SKUs or multi-marketplace coverage are usually at the higher end.

Do you offer special pricing for enterprise customers?

Yes. For enterprise plans, custom contracts or volume pricing, use our contact form (opens in a new tab).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the organisation settings page (opens in a new tab) and select Manage Subscription. You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
