Organize your Sellers and Vendors with Groups
Groups help you organize your Sellers and Vendors, for example by client, brand, or region. Give each Group a name and add the accounts you want to keep together. A Group can contain Sellers, Vendors, and Ads-only accounts from different marketplaces.
Each account can belong to one Group or remain ungrouped. Groups appear as expandable rows on the Sellers & Vendors page. The All tab shows all account types, and account selectors show the Group name beside each member.
Create a Group
- Open Sellers & Vendors and select Create Group.
- Enter a Group name.
- Select the accounts to add and select Save Group.
You can also save an empty Group and add accounts later. Only ungrouped accounts are available to add. To move an account, remove it from its current Group and save before adding it to another Group.
Manage a Group
- Open Sellers & Vendors and select Manage Groups.
- Select Edit beside the Group.
- Change the name or select and clear members, then select Save Group.
To delete a Group, select Delete Group in its editor and confirm. Its accounts become ungrouped, and their connections and collected data are preserved.
Add new accounts directly to a Group
When you select Add account, choose an optional Group before continuing to Amazon. The account joins that Group after you authorize the connection. If the Group is deleted while you are on Amazon, the connection completes and the new account remains ungrouped.
When you create an invitation link, choose an optional Group for the invited Seller or Vendor. The account joins the Group automatically when the invitation is completed. The invitee does not need to choose a Group. If the Group is deleted before the invitation is used, the new account remains ungrouped.
Choose No Group to leave a new account ungrouped. You can add it to a Group later through Manage Groups.
What does a Group affect?
Groups organize your accounts. They do not change permissions, billing, data collection, or which accounts are selected for Reports, Exports, or Actions.
