Connect Littlebird to DataDoe

Connect Littlebird to DataDoe to ask questions about your Amazon sales, advertising, and inventory. Add the DataDoe server address in Littlebird, then sign in to DataDoe to allow access.

Before you start

You will sign in to DataDoe during setup. You do not need an API key for this connection.

Step 1: Add DataDoe in Littlebird

  1. Open Littlebird and sign in.
  2. In the sidebar, open Integrations, then Connectors.
  3. Select Add custom.
  4. Enter DataDoe as the name, if asked.
  5. Paste this server address into the server address field.

  1. Follow the prompts to open the DataDoe sign-in page.

Step 2: Sign in to DataDoe

  1. Sign in with your DataDoe account for the Organization whose Amazon data you want to use.
  2. Review and approve the access request, if prompted.
  3. Return to Littlebird and check that DataDoe appears as connected under Integrations → Connectors.

Step 3: Ask your first question

Start a new chat in Littlebird and send:

Use DataDoe to list my connected Amazon accounts.

If Littlebird returns your accounts, the connection is ready. Try a question about your business, such as:

  • "Use DataDoe to summarize my Amazon sales for the last 7 days."
  • "Use DataDoe to compare my advertising spend and sales for the last 7 days."
  • "Use DataDoe to show my current inventory by product."

Name the Amazon account or marketplace in your question if you manage more than one.

If you need help

The sign-in page does not open

Allow pop-ups and redirects for Littlebird and DataDoe, then try connecting again.

Littlebird cannot connect

Check that you copied the full server address from step 1. In Integrations → Connectors, open DataDoe and use Reconnect if it is available. Complete the DataDoe sign-in again.

Littlebird connects but returns no data

Ask Littlebird to use DataDoe explicitly, as in the examples above. Check that you signed in with the correct DataDoe account and that your Amazon connections have finished loading data.

Disconnect DataDoe

In Littlebird, open Integrations → Connectors, choose DataDoe, and remove the connected account to revoke Littlebird's access.
