The partner rules we both play by.

Who can join the Program.

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

1.2. Applications are reviewed by DataDoe and may be accepted or rejected at our sole discretion.

1.3. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details accurate and up to date.

1.4. Your participation is also subject to the DataDoe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at datadoe.com/legal.

What you earn, and when it qualifies.

2.1. You will earn a recurring commission of 25% of the net subscription revenue generated by each qualifying customer you refer.

2.2. Commission is paid for a maximum of 24 months per referred customer, beginning with that customer's first payment.

2.3. Commissions are calculated in USD, on the net amount actually received by DataDoe, excluding taxes, transaction fees, discounts, chargebacks, and refunds.

2.4. A referral qualifies only when the customer signs up through your unique tracking link and completes a valid, paid purchase.

2.5. Attribution uses a 60-day, last-click cookie window. Customers already known to DataDoe, or referred by another affiliate with a more recent click, do not qualify.

2.6. Commissions on a payment are considered pending until the applicable refund/chargeback window has passed, after which they are approved for payout.

2.7. Referrals generated through paid advertising traffic are not eligible for commission. Such clicks may be tracked but will not produce payable commissions.

How and when you get paid.

3.1. Approved commissions are paid out once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of USD 50.

3.2. Payouts are issued monthly on a Net-30 basis — commissions accrued in a given month are paid the following month (around the 30th), provided the balance exceeds USD 50.

3.3. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned. Where required, you must provide valid tax documentation before payout.

3.4. Commissions tied to a payment that is later refunded, disputed, or charged back will be reversed and deducted from your balance.

How you may (and may not) promote DataDoe.

4.1. You may promote DataDoe through your website, blog, email list, social media, and other channels you own or are authorized to use.

4.2. You may not:

• bid on DataDoe brand terms or trademarks in paid search (e.g., "DataDoe") or use them in ad copy or display URLs;
• use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading claims to promote DataDoe;
• make false or unsubstantiated statements about DataDoe's products, pricing, or performance;
• offer unauthorized cash rebates, coupons, or discounts as an incentive to sign up;
• register domains, social handles, or app names containing "DataDoe" or confusingly similar variations;
• self-refer or generate referrals through your own purchases.

4.3. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).

Using our brand, within limits.

5.1. DataDoe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use DataDoe's name, logo, and approved marketing assets solely to promote the Program.

5.2. You may not modify DataDoe's brand assets or use them in any way that implies partnership, endorsement, or ownership beyond your role as an affiliate.

5.3. All intellectual property rights remain with DataDoe.

How the Agreement starts and ends.

6.1. This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

6.2. Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, with written notice (including via the affiliate dashboard or email).

6.3. On termination, any approved but unpaid commissions above the payout threshold will be paid in the next regular cycle. Pending or reversed commissions are not owed.

6.4. We may withhold or forfeit commissions and terminate your account immediately if we reasonably determine you have breached this Agreement or engaged in fraudulent activity.

What stays between us.

7.1. Non-public information you receive through the Program (including pricing, metrics, and roadmap details) is confidential and must not be disclosed without our prior written consent.

Program provided "as is".

8.1. The Program is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

8.3. DataDoe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

How updates work.

9.1. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes create a new version, and continued participation or re-acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Where disputes are resolved.

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
