Vendor Central goes deep: Direct Fulfillment and Retail Procurement data, vendor codes, and three new Amazon Ads datasets — plus A+ content Actions, webhooks for orders and every SP-API notification, per-table retention, and a longer, 14-day trial.
Data
Vendor Direct Fulfillment
Two new tables, Vendor Direct Fulfillment Orders and Vendor Order PII — the drop-ship side of Vendor Central, queryable.
Vendor Retail Procurement
Vendor Purchase Orders and Vendor Shipments. Open POs and what actually shipped, in one place.
Vendor codes support
Vendor codes are now first-class, so multi-code vendor orgs can filter and join cleanly.
Per-table data retention
Set how long each table keeps history. Trim what you don’t query and pay for less storage.
Three new Amazon Ads datasets
Brand Metrics, Entity History and Creative Assets — brand-level performance, an audit trail of campaign changes, and the creatives behind them.
Sponsored Brands per ASIN
Ad Performance by ASIN & Date now carries Sponsored Brands estimates per ASIN, so SB stops being a blind spot in ASIN-level reporting.
Item Highlight on listing sources
item_differentiation is now on every listing-related source.
Settlements accuracy and latency
Another accuracy pass on settlements, and the data lands sooner.
Vendor sales, traffic and inventory accuracy
Cleaner numbers across the Vendor Central reporting set.
FBA Inventory Health, 24 new columns
Adds supplier, ageing buckets past 365 days with their estimated storage charges, and the full AFN/MFN quantity breakdown. This table is now premium.
Better COGS upload form
The upload flow is clearer about what it expects and what it did.
Actions
A+ content, end to end
AMAZON_APLUS_CONTENT_ADD, _UPDATE, _FIND, _VALIDATE, _PUBLISH and _SUSPEND, plus AMAZON_APLUS_CONTENT_ASINS_UPDATE, _ASINS_FIND and _PUBLISH_RECORDS_FIND — build, attach, validate and publish A+ modules from your AI client.
Advanced listing Actions
AMAZON_LISTINGS_DETAILS_CREATE and AMAZON_LISTINGS_DETAILS_UPDATE, with AMAZON_LISTINGS_PRODUCT_TYPES_FIND, AMAZON_LISTINGS_PRODUCT_TYPE_SUGGEST and AMAZON_LISTINGS_PRODUCT_TYPE_DEFINITION_FIND to get the product type right before you write.
Competitor analysis Actions
AMAZON_LISTINGS_FEATURED_PRICE_ESTIMATE and AMAZON_LISTINGS_COMPETITVE_SUMMARY_FIND — what it takes to win the featured offer, on demand.
Ads portfolio Actions
AMAZON_ADS_PORTFOLIOS_ADD, AMAZON_ADS_PORTFOLIOS_UPDATE and AMAZON_ADS_PORTFOLIOS_FIND.
MCP & API
Webhooks
Push instead of poll: webhooks for order changes and order PII details, and for every Amazon SP-API notification. Details in the Hub.
COGS management over API and MCP
Read and write COGS straight from your AI client or your own pipeline — no more app-only uploads.
Vendor codes management
Manage vendor codes over API and MCP too.
Export limit raised to 5,000 rows
Up from the previous cap, so fewer exports get chopped into pieces.
Plugins
Extend what DataDoe exposes to your AI client.
Invitation links over API
Create seller invitation links programmatically — built for agencies onboarding clients in bulk.
Amazon Marketing Cloud and DSP data and actions are in open beta. We’re looking for early users to connect and help us validate them.
Real-time comes to the data layer: full Amazon Marketing Stream and SP-API Notifications support, with intraday fetching for any table you enable — plus live Order Line Items updates, free of charge.
Data
Amazon Marketing Stream (AMS)
Full support for every AMS dataset. Enable the tables you want and DataDoe fetches them automatically throughout the day — near real-time ads data, no overnight wait.
SP-API Notifications
Full support for every SP-API notification. Enable it per notification and DataDoe pulls the data automatically throughout the day.
Live Order Line Items
The Order Line Items table now updates automatically from Order Change notifications as new orders come in — live, and free of charge.
Details in the Hub
Everything about cadences and which tables support intraday and real-time updates is documented in Data Fetch Periods.
The biggest data drop yet: intraday updates, raw Amazon DSP, and a wave of new FBA, Vendor real-time, and promotion & coupon tables — plus a seller ID on every table and an earlier daily fetch. Actions expands to Vendors and Ads portfolios, and the platform gains an affiliate program, a demo account, and per-account read/write control.
Data
Earlier daily fetch — now 2 AM
The daily fetch now runs at 2 AM, so most of your data is ready by ~5 AM marketplace time. Details in the Hub.
Intraday updates on key tables
Selected tables now refresh throughout the day, not just overnight. Orders update on both an intraday schedule and via live notifications — and we can add more tables to intraday on request at low cost. See the list in the Hub.
Raw DSP reports
Every Amazon DSP report is now available in raw datasets. We’re looking for users to connect and help us validate this data.
Every table now carries a marketplace_seller_id column showing the Amazon seller or vendor ID — cleaner filtering and joins across multi-account orgs.
Portfolio names on Ads tables
A portfolio name column is now on Ad Performance by ASIN & Date, Keyword Targeting Performance, Search Term Performance (Ads), and Ad Campaigns (raw).
Supplier name in COGS
Add an optional supplier name to your COGS and track where your inventory comes from — the column flows into every COGS-supporting table. New COGS docs in the Hub.
New shipping & refund columns
Added to Sales & Traffic by ASIN & Date for tighter reconciliation.
Promotion & Coupon Performance
New Promotion Performance and Coupon Performance tables for both Seller Central and Vendor Central.
New Seller Central data
Seller Feedback, plus a full FBA operations set: FBA Shipments, FBA Removal Orders, FBA Recommended Removal, FBA Removal Shipments, FBA Replacement Shipments, and FBA Restock Recommendations.
Vendor real-time by hour
Three new Vendor Central tables: Real-Time Sales, Traffic, and Inventory by ASIN & Hour.
Ad Purchased Products
New Amazon Ads table covering products purchased after an ad interaction.
Actions
Listing updates for Vendors
AMAZON_LISTINGS_UPDATE now works for Vendors, not just Sellers.
New Seller Central actions
AMAZON_LISTINGS_FIND and AMAZON_ORDERS_SOLICITATION_FEEDBACK_SEND — find listings and request buyer feedback straight from your AI client.
New Ads actions
AMAZON_LISTINGS_FIND, AMAZON_ADS_PORTFOLIOS_UPDATE, and AMAZON_ADS_PORTFOLIOS_FIND — manage Ads portfolios programmatically.
Platform
Affiliate program
Refer DataDoe and earn — a new affiliate program for partners and power users.
Demo account
Explore DataDoe with a ready-made demo account and sample data before connecting your own.
Per-account access control
Choose READ or READ_WRITE permissions individually for each Seller and Vendor. Details in the Hub.
SQP report
The Search Terms report is now the SQP report — with a new per-ASIN purchase count column and a pack of accuracy improvements.
A big release for the data layer: raw Amazon Ads, Brand Analytics Search Terms, FBA Inbound Shipments, Subscribe & Save — plus a major accuracy boost on settlements. Actions is live, Log in with Google is in, and you can now enable/disable tables to control costs.
Data
Raw Amazon Ads data
Four new raw tables — Campaigns, Ad Groups, Ads, and Targets. Build your own attribution, your own bid logic, your own anything — straight off the source.
Full Brand Analytics dataset in three granularities: daily, weekly, monthly. Search share, click share, conversion share — every cadence you need for keyword research and category benchmarking.
FBA Inbound Shipments
Full FBA Inbound Shipments table — everything you ship to Amazon, queryable. Pair with AWD for end-to-end inbound visibility.
Write-back actions on Amazon — move from read-only analytics into the operations layer. Adjust, update, and orchestrate directly from your AI client.
Platform
Log in with Google
One-click sign-in with Google or GSuite — works for existing accounts on the same email too.
Manual Ads profile selection
DataDoe still suggests the matching profile when adding an Ads connection, but you can override it with any profile. Cleaner for agencies and complex setups.
Per-table enable / disable for cost control
Turn individual data tables on or off to manage ingestion and storage. New tables we add must be enabled manually.
MCP & API
Sellers and Vendors filtering resources
New MCP/API resources for listing and filtering connected sellers and vendors — much easier for AI clients and custom integrations on large orgs.
A full redesign of DataDoe, rebuilt around one idea: this is the data layer your AI tools plug into. Cleaner app, faster screens, a streamlined start, a rebuilt Hub, and a sharper focus on the things that matter most — accurate data, MCP, and the API.
New features
Redesigned app
DataDoe got a full rebuild — cleaner layout, faster screens, and an interface that finally matches what it is: infrastructure for AI, not another dashboard.
Built around MCP and your AI tools
Everything now points at getting your Amazon data into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and your own stack. Connect once, then work where you already work.
Streamlined onboarding
New accounts go from sign-up to data in one clean flow — accept, start your trial, connect your accounts. Fewer screens, faster to your numbers.
Rebuilt Hub
Clearer docs, accurate links, and a tighter Features overview. Everything you need to wire DataDoe into your tools and understand your data scheme, in one place.
Improvements
Data accuracy front and center
Major work on matching your numbers to Seller Central — cleaner settlements, returns, COGS, and reconciliation across reports.
A sharper, more focused product
We retired older features that didn’t fit the AI-native direction, so we can go deep on what matters: rock-solid data, MCP, and the API.
Data
Real-time orders (beta)
New orders and updates to order data now show up in the Order Line Items table within an hour of occurrence — instead of next-day.
Profitability analysis tables
Two new tables: Profit by Date and Profit by SKU & Date. Both surface sales, traffic, PPC, fees, COGS, and profit in a single query — no joins, no waiting.
Direct deep-links to specific Data Scheme tables — perfect for sharing exact schema docs with sellers, partners, and integrators.
New features
Custom Exports
Build your own export from any data source — pick columns, filters, sort, date range, and output format (CSV, TSV, JSON, XML, Excel). Run once or schedule. Use the template catalog to get started.
Scheduled Exports
Set it once and forget it. Define a relative period, pick recipients, and Doe sends a fresh file every cycle. Edit, pause, resume anytime.
Multi-recipient delivery
Send exports to specific emails or your entire organization. Each recipient gets their own copy.
Export templates catalog
Pre-built export configurations for the most common Amazon pulls — Sales & Traffic, Order Items, Settlements, Ads Performance, FBA Inventory, Vendor Sales — across 30/90 day and full-year windows.
New features
Explorer workspace
A new analysis workspace where you pick a preset, a seller context, and a date range — and Doe pulls every required data source, merges them, and renders the result in one big interactive table.
Local dataset cache
Pulled data is cached in your browser, so reopening the same view is instant. Old data refreshes automatically when it ages out.
One-click export from Explorer
Export the merged view, a single source, or the full ZIP package straight from the table. CSV, Excel, or both.
Improvements
Column state controls
Reorder, hide, pin, and resize columns — layout is remembered per preset. Reset to default in one click.
New features
MCP server is live
Plug DataDoe straight into Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot, or Gemini CLI. Generate an MCP key in the Integrations Hub, paste it, and start asking your Amazon data questions where you already work.
REST API for external systems
Pull reports, trigger exports, and run AI prompts from any system. Generate API keys, track usage, view request logs.
BigQuery dataset sharing
Dedicated BigQuery dataset wired to your own GCP project. Connect Looker, Tableau, your warehouse, or your ML pipelines.
Integrations Hub
One place to manage every external connection: API keys, MCP keys, BigQuery sharing.
New features
AI Briefs on every report
Each report header now generates insight cards — pulled from the same data the report is showing — that flag what’s worth your attention. Dismiss, pin, or open any card into a prefilled chat.
Two-factor authentication
Protect your account with an authenticator app. Enable, disable, or reset 2FA from My Account.
Continue investigation from any insight
Click “Continue investigation” on an AI Brief and Doe opens a new chat with the full context already loaded.
Improvements
Report freshness warnings
Reports now flag when the selected end date might include incomplete data (current day, recent days).
New features
COGS Management
Manage COGS per item, per day. Upload in bulk (CSV or SellerBoard export) or set manually per SKU. No averages. No guessing.
Profit & Loss Report
See what actually drives your margin. Sales, ads, fees, refunds, settlements, and COGS connected in one place. Built for pricing decisions, ad efficiency checks, and clean month-end reconciliation.
Inventory Report
FBA and FBM stock combined with demand signals — avoid stockouts, reduce aged inventory, free money stuck in slow movers.
Orders Report
Turn daily order flow into a clear operational picture. Spot demand shifts early, track FBA vs FBM, and keep delivery quality under control.
Search Terms Report
See what customers search for — and what actually converts. Visibility, clicks, add-to-carts, purchases, CPC.
